Kathy Stouffer is an Occupational Therapist and she gave us two non-technical seminars in one: "Aerobics for the Mind" and "Fall Prevention". Yes, many club members are old enough to worry about both of those subjects and Kathy did a great job of explaining the whats and hows of each subject.
